Head of Operations for Belgium & the Netherlands – Management en ondersteunende rollen

Baptiste currently serves as Regional Manager in charge of Operations and with P&L responsibility for a group of Belgian clinics.

Prior to this, he was a manager in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte, working on top-line growth assignments across a range of industries (e.g., pharma, banking, telco).
Baptiste has led consulting assignments across 10+ countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

He is also an alumnus of the Louvain School of Management (MSc) and Cornell University (MBA visiting student).
